1st entree Safe Safe Tampa bay

1/14/09    Well for the past two years ive been eliminating all the various luxuries of my life. im down to a 20ish.lbs backpack and curiosity. I leave February 1st to seattle via airtran. Knowing no one in the area, i have a feeling the first few days will be rough while i aquatint myself with the city, possible meet a few other folks. Then I'm hitting the woods that ive been hear sooooo much about. Victoria, BC is also in my sights. There is a state park i want to climb. Vancouver, and hopefully the mighty Alaska. All pretty overwhelming for a southerner on a nervous breakdown. but we shall see........
